Because we want the programme to work. The short Typeform lets us understand your goals, training history, and commitment level before anyone invests time. It's the difference between a programme that's built for you and a generic plan with your name on it. Takes less than 3 minutes.
Because results take time. We don't do 4-week plans or one-off programmes — they don't work. 12 weeks is the minimum window needed to build real, measurable progress. We only take on clients who are committed to the full process.
Via a coaching app on your phone. Every session is laid out with exercises, sets, reps, rest times, and coaching notes. You log your sessions inside the app and your coach can see everything in real time.
Next Level Coaching is a programming-only service — there are no live video sessions. Your coach communicates through the app and weekly check-ins. If you're looking for live 1-1 coaching, our in-person PT at Core Performance Bedford may be a better fit.
